The meditation in my life
Regarding the video, I feel that it’s a very good way to explain what meditation is precisely and quickly, since most people do not know the meaning of it exactly and it’s usually known for being boring. Is a tendency in Chile to not have the confidence to do it at home in front of other people, which means that its practice isn’t very common. The above happened to me, since before I was very skeptical of this type of activity and felt it was a waste of time. But as time went by, I knew it was of great help, especially to calm my panic attacks and anxiety. This was recommended to me by a psychologist approximately 3 years ago, which I am very grateful for introducing me to this new world, because I have been able to successfully face complex situations, in a calm and relaxed way.
In order to progress, she performed these exercises every morning for 15 minutes and also when I am under stress. During these days I have been quite scared, due to the uncertainty and insecurity caused by both the pandemic and the situation of the online classes at the University, since it has been quite complex in every way (adaptation, overload, little flexibility, etc.). On the other hand, when I specifically start the English classes, I feel safe because of the fact that we all have accessibility to carry out the tasks that are delivered, but at the same time, I feel the need to learn English more directly. I mean, face to face, because personally, it cost me a lot to learn english and that's the reason why I need a person who is constantly helping me, I mean, remembering new words or tips to be able to grow correctly in this area.
